At ButterTees by Valentina, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We do accept returns or replacements if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
• The print quality does not meet reasonable standards

To request a replacement or refund: Contact us at contact@greatpurchasesllc.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items:

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned without prior approval

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
